After your individual transfer to Wiesergut – with private shuttles available from Munich, Innsbruck, or Salzburg airports, we give you a moment to settle in, breathe, and soak in the serene atmosphere of this special place.

We will then gather for an aperitif at the bar, easing into the evening together. This will be followed by an exquisite five-course gourmet dinner.

As the evening unfolds, Martin Eggert and Dr. Max Pelka will set the scene with an inspiring talk on personal development, trust, and the dynamics of internal and external pressure.

To close the day, we’ll come together for an intimate outdoor fireside chat, sharing thoughts and reflections in the glow of the flames under the open sky.

We begin the day with an optional yoga session, offering a mindful start to awaken body and mind. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious breakfast to fuel the day ahead.

The morning continues with knowledge sessions led by our speakers, addressing a range of carefully curated questions around the theme “From Brand to Boardroom.”

‍Throughout the day, there will be dedicated slots for individual and intimate sessions with Dr. Max Pelka, providing a unique opportunity for personal exchange and tailored insights. In between, you’ll have time for yourself – to reflect, recharge, or simply enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

As evening falls, we come together for a networking dinner, fostering meaningful connections in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.
