These terms apply to all registrations for and participation in events hosted by THE GATHERING by Maison ACME GmbH.
By registering, you agree to these terms.
2. Registration & Participation
Registration is binding. Participation is subject to confirmation by the organizer.
We curate every room carefully. The organizer reserves the right to decline registrations or limit attendance.
3. Image & Video
During the event, photos and videos may be taken.
By attending, you agree that this material may be used by Maison ACME for communication purposes, including website, social media, and editorial contexts.
If you prefer not to appear, please let us know in writing before the event.
4. Data Sharing
By registering and attending, you agree that your personal data (such as name, company, and contact details) may be shared with selected event partners and co-hosts (“presenters”) involved in the respective event.
This is limited to what is necessary for event organization, communication, and follow-up in the context of the event.
5. Liability
Participation is at your own risk.
The organizer is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to adapt, postpone, or cancel events where necessary (e.g. due to force majeure or organizational reasons).Participants will be informed accordingly.
7. Final Notes
If individual provisions of these terms become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
German law applies.
