HAEBEL’S LAST DANCE: Michelin-starred kitchen party.

Some chapters deserve a proper send-off. This is one of them. Since first opening on 13 March 2011, this little corner of St. Pauli has grown from a café and deli into the Tarterie and, eventually, the Michelin-starred haebel. A place built with friends, shaped by its guests and loved for much more than the food.

On 31 December, the chapter of haebel as a regular restaurant comes to a close. The space will remain part of Fabio Haebel’s world, continuing as a venue for special gatherings. Before that next chapter begins, we’re getting together for one last kitchen party to celebrate haebel as we know it.

Fabio serves the food. Lutz pours the wines. Wolf plays the music. And all of us end up in the kitchen.

An evening to celebrate everything Fabio, Lutz and their team have created here. To open a few special bottles, share food and stories, and raise a glass to everything that’s been — and everything still to come.
